TOP-silog

Tops of this 2006-2007 in no particular order

1. De Anza+SFSU. PSH! I so thought I could do it, but I overextended myself, or underextended myself, I should say. Didn't try hard enough. Gave up. But hey it was nice to see the faces I saw. Killing time with Bryan, grabbin some food with Mon, running into Peter...it's like...welcome back to San Jose, Vanessa.

2. HOME. How could I forget. Took a little bit of adjusting. But it's like I didn't leave for two years. Except somehow my sister got weird and my ma started getting crazy.

3. Re-igniting my fire. My passion, my hope...ya know what that is. I lost hope in it, and I got stuck. But now I realize that you save what you care about. And this not only made my whole college experience, but it helps to make me.

4. PartyAnimal. You get your own number here. Just cause damn...we done did a lot this year. But of course, you're here. Of course. The top. SD, the only person who was tryna help me keep my Lent, my sanity and insanity but I love ya either way, inbox stuffer, scary movie partner. Wouldn't trade it for anything.

5. Repair. Haulin my ass back and forth to the city. Being around as much as I could. Studying. Going to class. I've never been so inclined to trying, nor did I think I had it in me, but I was wrong. And I guess I'm proud.
