Our Turn

Today was quite eventful, and while I cannot go into detail without getting embarrased and in trouble, I will say that I'm really happy with tonight. I'm glad I got to see people and say goodbye to people, and we're now seniors c/o 2004. Wow. And I want to shout out to PRJ because I gave you a really crappy grad present, because it was hella traffic and I had no time to get you flowers and by the time I got to graduation, it was over and I hadn't filled out your card. But, I totally love and envy you, homie. All Seniors, or graduates rather, you all rock. So this is what I was going to put in your card, PRJ, but hadn't any time to:

My favorite Punk Rock Graduate,
I love you! hahaha...you owe me an insert by the way ::wink wink:: So I know this card is pretty lame, but I thought it was kind of clever and I liked the simple design on the front. I was also going to get you flowers, but I didn't have much time. Congratulations and good luck in the future. Call the partyline! We'll party! Good luck on your driver's test! I'll never forget you!
--Love, PRV (not perv) (haha)

And then I was going to put a piece of duct tape in it and write down some Taking Back Sunday lyrics and then give you three bucks so you could buy a Caramel Macchiato.

Also to Huan: Dude, we were hella walking around and I couldn't find you. Anyway, I still owe you a picture, but you know what, we did go to prom together and you have all those prom pictures of us. But you don't have a normal Vanessa picture, so sorry. Maybe we can do something during the Summer. Congrats again on Berkeley. I think you rock.

And today I hugged people I hadn't spoken to since Freshman year. It was funny. People you don't think you'd ever talk to again, feelings and emotions of finality just compel you to say goodbye. And you know what, that's us next year. We're gonna do that. That's us. We are seniors. I will be the happiest person in the world tomorrow at 12:40.
