I'll wake you when we get there.
My eyes. Are. So. Fucked up. I'm dizzy. I've been dizzy since Sunday. Good friggin *^%$. So, I'm not sure what to take next year. Thinking about it makes me want to friggin jump off a bridge into ice cold water, just to wake up from this nightmare. I can't wait for next year. I can already imagine it. Lazy afternoons. Weekends closer to a break that is long awaited. Walking the stage toward our futures. Saying goodbye to the people I've known for what might be the last time. Taking pictures. Having grandparents and cousins there, maybe laughing at me in the bleachers. And then, when I turn 18, first thing I will do is buy a pack of cigarettes, just because I can, and smoke the whole pack in my backyard in front of the kitchen window where my mom can watch me. But then I'll go inside, and put on a patch. Because cigarettes are gross tasting.
Classes I think I will take next year (stop me if its a bad idea):
--Humanities- because more than anything, I want to develop my skills in the thought department.
--0 period govt. so I can get out early.
--Guitar 1- put to use my dusty guitar on my wall.
--Physio.- to satisfy the part of me that is fascinated by the human body.
--Art History- because Jennifer signed me up for it, so I guess I'm obligated? I dont' know, I don't know jack about the course yet...
--MAYBE: first semester of Calc again. Because I got a C- the first time. Second time's a charm. I guess. That's what they say, right?
5, maybe 6 classes. Hahahaha. Kiss my ass, IHS. I can't wait to be inflicted with senioritis.
Things I have noticed about the days lately:
--Waking up in the morning to the sun reminds me of Summer 2002. Waking up to the sun in the dorm and then going to Commons and not feeling cold.
--Days seem longer. How many more weeks left? Less than twenty. I'm all giddy inside.
--Nights are so laid back. I like that.
--The hot weekends lately remind me of the summer too.
In summary: The mornings belong to Summer 2002. Days belong to IHS. Nights belong to me.
I have yet to do my homework and shower. I should do that.
